Biography

Stephen Greasley is a Research Associate at IPEG. His main focus at IPEG has been on constitutional reform of local government. The recently completed Evaluating Local Governance project on which he was a research associate assessed the new political executive structures established under the Local Government Act 2000.

Future interests include continued research on the variety and quality of local democratic leadership in UK, urban economics and public administration and the use of field experiments in research on governance and policy.
