Introduction
In line with IPEG's remit to understand unfolding governance challenges and share its learning with the public, policymakers and practitioners, we have created a number of research clusters across various governance-related themes in order to encourage cooperative research and publication. The Public Services Cluster was established in 2003 to tackle issues raised by the public service reform agenda, bringing together the wide-ranging research in this area being carried out in various departments across the University. IPEG encourages the participation of all academic staff currently working on public services research.
